Liquidated Damages: Yes Type of Award:Lump Sum License Requirements: General Building Contractor - Licensed B Response Format Electronic Project Type Bid Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 04/26/2023 12:00 PM (PDT) The project to re-roof Buildings 1200, 3000 & 4100 includes as follows - Perform demolition, the disposal of existing roofing including but not limited to the existing built-up roofs (BUR), membranes, flashing, insulation, sheet metal flashing and sealants down to existing roof deck. - Replacing roofing on 1/4 inch low-slope roof deck areas including short parapets, drains, overflow drains and scuppers with new 80 mil PVC or TPO (Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing) membrane per plans. - Scrape, grind clean and prepare existing substrate surface prior to receiving new roofing and accessories. - Provide and install all specified products including but not limited to sealants, insulation board, membrane flashing, sheet metal flashing and accessories. - Remove and dispose of existing materials including but not limited to existing built-up roofs (BUR), membranes, drain strainers and clamps, support blocks, sheet metal flashing, penetration flashing assemblies and sealants in accordance with construction drawings. - Remove and dispose of scuppers and roof drainage systems and materials, replacing with new in accordance with construction
