The County of Yuba is looking for a qualified contractor to procure and install surveillance cameras to replace current equipment as well as install new equipment at four (4) Marysville Joint Unified School District (MJUSD) locations in Marysville and Olivehurst. This work is subject to payment ofprevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1720 et. seq. and 1770 et. seq., which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain "public works" and "maintenance" project, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and iftotal compensation is $1,000 or more, contractor agrees, to fully comply with such Prevailing Wage Laws
