This Request for Quotations ("the RFQ") issued by the City of Lethbridge (the "City") is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Park Signage Strategy - Consulting Services as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"), for the Rates established in the pricing Schedule(s). The respondent selected pursuant to this RFQ process will be informed through electronic communication. Respondents not selected will also be informed through electronic communication. The general scope of work includes project management, data analysis, City of Lethbridge stakeholder engagement, design and report writing. The successful proponent will deliver a comprehensive strategy for the sign network within City parks and open spaces, including parking lots. The strategy will include sign additions, placement recommendations, replacements, removals and wayfinding opportunities. The strategy will aim to connect residents and visitors to services and attractions within parks, support tourism, active transportation and create a cohesive identity for the City's parks system.
