Renovation and addition to a stadium in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for the addition of a 6,705-square-foot, one-story above grade stadium.
The Henderson Ice Centre Upgrade D-17 will include two phases of construction. Phase 1: The renovation of the exiting south end rink space to create four new dressing rooms, each with shower and washroom facilities. Site work to install a new sanitary line connection along the west side of the existing building. Phase 2: The addition of a new front entrance lobby complete with new concession and ticket spaces. The renovation of the existing dressing rooms and referee room to provide private shower and washroom facilities. The renovation of the existing space to provide additional washroom facilities including an all gender fully barrier free washroom. It will also provide some additional storage/office space for the user group.
