Construct approximately 2,500 total linear feet of 8-inch PVC C-900 waterline along State Street (US-89) in American Fork City, from 200 East to 500 East. Work includes installing new culinary service connections and fire hydrants within the project area. Work also includes connection to existing waterlines at each intersection, and abandonment of existing waterlines. Work to be performed includes excavation, backfilling, concrete sidewalk removal and restoration, concrete curb and gutter removal and restoration, pavement cutting, removal, and restoration, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, water meters, blow offs, and line stops as shown on the project drawings. Work also includes 2" PVC borings under US-89 to install long water services. Plans and specifications have been prepared by Avenue Consultants, Inc. and will be available on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. Bid Documents may be obtained online at purchasing.utah.gov. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided through the Utah Supplier Portal website at purchasing.utah.gov. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than five percent of the Bid Price.
