Final design services for an underground pedestrian crossing beneath SR-248 at Snow Creek Drive as well as coordination and procurement support of a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) including construction management. Snow Creek Drive and Kearns Boulevard (SR-248) in Park City, Utah SOQs will remain valid for 90 days after submission. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received for any reason. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in SOQs received when in the best interest of the City. The RSOQ will be available on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website as well as the PCMC website. Any modifications to the RSOQ or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RSOQ posted on U3P and the PCMC Website.
