When submitting a bid electronically, bidders must allow sufficient time before the deadline to complete the forms and upload documents. The bid event will end at the closing time posted on SciQuest. If a bidder is in the middle of uploading a bid when the closing time arrives, SciQuest will stop the process and the bid or bid modification will not be accepted. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to constructing a new landfill module covering approximately 40 acres. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
