The City reserves the right to reject any or all Pre-Qualification or to waive any informality or technicality in any Pre-Qualification if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. If assistance is required, please contact the above office 72 hours before the bid opening. The current preliminary estimated construction budget for the work is approximately $2,600,000.00 Questions regarding this prequalification form, contractual matters, scope of work or any technical aspect of the project should be directed to the Bonfire event Question and Answer Board. Questions are due by 5:00 p.m. on February 27, 2025.
