Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Questions specific to the bid should be submitted electronically via the online bidding website (NGEM) Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for to construct 10 water main; connection to existing water mains; demolition of existing facilities; temporary and permanent asphalt pavement patching; construct metering and flow control vault; construct outfall piping and capture structure. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit: a Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit Will Not Be Held. Range for Engineer's Estimate: $373,140 - $456,060 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
