Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Called project manager says project was not awarded. The pupose of this project is to remove and replace the damaged asphalt in the tennis courts and provide a safe play surface. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No quote may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof. Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be completed by 05/05/2023. This project does not have a scheduled pre-bid site-meeting. Contractor shall not begin work until Project Manager gives them a Notice to Proceed. WORKING HOURS: Working hours shall be limited to comply with Bellevue City Code: Chap. 9.18 - Noise Control, construction and related activities shall be limited to between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm . Other time restrictions may apply to in-street activities during peak hours. Variations will be considered on a case by case basis and must be approved by the Project Manager. BONDS & RETAINAGE: No Bid, Performance and Payment Bond are required on this project. No retainage will be required on this project No permits are required on this project.
