The proposal shall include all costs to fully design, provide, supply, furnish, deliver, install, erect and construct one (1) 6500-ton capacity Salt Storage Building, complete with all advertised and standard attributes, in accordance with these provisions and the design and specifications as proposed by the Vendor, and approved by the Highway Department, at the Highway Department property located at 3110 East Wisconsin Street in Sparta, Wisconsin. The design shall clearly demonstrate that the building offered can accommodate, with standard mechanical methods and effort, 6500 tons of loose, course rock salt.
