Simon Fraser University invites tenders from Contractors to remove and replace the roof deck assembly on the North Deck of the R.C. Brown Building at the Burnaby Campus. The scope of work includes removing and disposing of the existing concrete topping and replacing the roof membrane assembly, associated flashings and metal work Refer to the summary of work, specifications, and drawings for further details. The deck has a plan area of approximately 4,700 square feet. Contractors must confirm dimensions and areas by field measurement before submitting a Bid.
