Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Cadillac, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
This is an invitation for a bid for furnishing labor, material, supplies and equipment to complete the project detailed on the Proposal and Contract Form and in the attached specifications. Bid Security is not required for this Bid. Performance bond and payment bond are not required for this project unless Bid Amount is greater than $50,000.00. See Item #24 under General Conditions. The Work to be completed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to design and construct a 16' X 20' (dripline) laminated wood gable, rectangular picnic shelter with 20' X 24' concrete slab and foundation as specified herein at the William Mitchell State Park, Wexford County, Michigan. Successful Contractor to design shelter and foundation and submit the project manager for approval. Once approved, the Contractor shall submit drawings that have been sealed by an engineer or architect that is licensed in the state of Michigan to the Michigan Bureau of Construction Codes for plan review. Once approved, contractor shall obtain building permit and construct the shelter in accordance with the approved plans.
