Annual Requirements Contract for Building Plumbing Services Countywide. All questions must be directed to the contact listed in this Bid. The plumbing work to be performed includes but is not limited to clearing, snaking blocked drain(s) or main sewer lines, repairing leaking waterlines and supply lines, replacing sections of broken or damaged plumbing lines in ground or within building plumbing structure, underground repairs (including back hoe, hydro/air, excavation, etc.) back inspection(s), line mapping, smoke tests, water tests, line camera inspection; repair, replacement and installation of plumbing fixtures including but not limited to water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, services sinks, electric water coolers, drinking fountains, and showers; repair, replacement and installation of plumbing fixtures including but not limited to backflow preventers, balancing valves, key operation hydrants, trap seal primer valves, drain valves, backwater valves, clean outs, floor drains, and roof drains; repair, replacement and installation of fuel gas piping; selective demolition; and related work on a project by project basis.
