This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and installation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2023-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621with a small business size standard of $22.0. The product or service code is N063. The Government will award a firm-fixed priced (FFP)contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Indian Health Center (ACL-IHC), 80B Veterans Blvd., Acoma, NM 87034, is seeking to purchase security cameras and installed the new Security Camera System CCTV. Security Cameras are to be strategically located within the pharmacy department, urgent care medication room, patient care medication room, the main health center exterior outdoor, and the main health center interior door. The Security Cameras are for the security and protection of the patients, staff and other visitors as well as for the health center facility operations to be a safe and secure environment in meeting its accreditation requirements pursuit to the AAAHC for certification. Also as pro-active measure in the prevent of Workforce Violence, Active Shooter, Insider Threat, Physical Security and other security measures.
