Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Porter, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform roof replacements at the existing Operation Control Center (OCC) and Dune Park Station buildings. NICTD's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project is twelve percent (12%) of the bid price. Bidders are required to make good faith efforts to meet or exceed the District's goal. NICTD will award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. NICTD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of NICTD so require. NICTD reserves the right to accept any bid within 60 days after the time of the opening of the bids, during which time no bid shall be withdrawn. All technical questions should be directed to the attention of Kevin Dywan, Director - Track & Structures, in care of Alex Largen at alexandra.largen@nictd.com. All questions must be submitted via email. Questions via telephone or person to person are not accepted. All questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, April 28, 2023. Questions submitted after that time and date will not receive a response.
