Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Porter, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of pavement replacement, milling and HMA road work, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, site restoration and other appurtenant work for 8 streets wholly within the Town of Porter. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Two (2) copies of the Sealed Bids bearing the project name as well as the name and address of the bidder shall be submitted to: Corrine Peffers, Clerk-Treasurer, 303 Franklin St, Porter, IN 46304. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted. Bidding documents will be advertised on January 26th and February 5th, 2024. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
