** As of June 13, 2025, project was awarded to Gough Inc., with awarded amount of $274,677 ** The Project includes the following Work: The project includes but is not limited replacing the existing earthen ditch beginning at the southeast corner of Pearson Road and Carlson Corners and then east along the south side of Carlson Corners with pipe; removing and replacing existing culverts at the driveway crossings along Carlson Corners. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Town of Porter Carlson Corner Ditch Project, Phase 1. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as shown in the Bid Form. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 90 days. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
