The Project consists of 4-inch Mill and Fills, Road Striping, Sidewalk, Curb ramps, and other appurtenant wholly within the Town of Porter. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana.
