Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The Project consists of removal and disposal of existing HVAC unit and all other associated waste from the removal of the existing HVAC unit, Replacement and installation of unit meeting or exceeding the current needs of the Community Center HVAC unit being replaced including all costs to have unit fully operational including any waste associated with installation. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Dunmore. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions there of or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the borough or forfeit said bid bond. The Borough of Dunmore is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified bids of contractors will receive equal consideration without regard to Race, Color, Religion, Creed, Ancestry, national Origin, Gender or Sexual Orientation.
