Site work for a municipal facility in Burns Harbor, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Town of Burns Harbor Indiana, will receive sealed Bids for the construction of a new Town Salt Storage Structure at 1240 N. Boo Road, Burns Harbor, IN. The project site is located adjacent to the Town of Burns Harbor Street Department and Maintenance Buildings. Drawings and Specifications will be available and on file for review by prospective Bidders at the following locations on April 17, 2023. 1. Office of the Engineer and Architect: Global Engineering & Land Surveying 601 Franklin Street, Suite 101 Michigan City, IN 46360 219-872-4444 Email: jeanette@global-landsurveying.com 2. Town of Burns Harbor Clerk's Office Town of Burns Harbor 1240 N. Boo Rd. Burns Harbor, IN 46304 Bids shall be submitted on a current State Board of Accounts Form 96. Bids shall include financial data as recent as possible, a Non-collusion Affidavit, Alternate Bids, Town Affidavit and other documents required by the "Instructions for Bidders", Specifications Section 0110. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to "Town of Burns Harbor", shall accompany each Bid in accordance with "Instructions for Bidders", to guarantee the successful Bidder will enter into contract with the Owner according to the terms of the Contract Documents. Bidders may file either a Bid Bond (AIA, A310) or a Certified Check with the Bid Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no Bids, including Alternate Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informality in the bidding should the Town of Burns Harbor deem it to be in the public interest to do so. A single "Lump Sum" Bid is solicited for all work on this project.
