The Work consists of the Renovation of the existing Activities Center Building on the Youth Center Campus and all associated site work including (but not limited to) erosion control measures, utility connections, rough and final grading for installation of new Sewer and establishment of landscape materials. 1. The Work includes exterior envelope patching of existing openings and installation of new windows and doors with a final exterior finish consisting of pre-finished metal wall panels, associated trim and flashing components, with insulated hollow metal doors and aluminum windows. 2. The Work includes interior partitions of non-fire rated gypsum board walls that will be painted with vinyl base, suspended acoustic ceiling systems with sealed concrete floors. 3. The Work includes package outdoor units with distribution ductwork, vents, exhausts, supply and return terminals and control systems, domestic water connection, backflow preventer, distribution piping, hot water equipment and fixtures waste line connection with distribution piping, cleanouts, vents and floor drains.
