The intent of this project is to have the contractor evaluate and provide a quote outlining the number of mats required to provide erosion control at the location specified location herein, and to provide installation if TPWD determines installation is Best Value to the State. Delivery and installation services shall be completed by August 31, 2023. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the requirements contained in this IFB. Services set forth that contain the words 'must' or 'shall' are mandatory and must be provided as specified with no alternation, modification, or exception. Services set forth that contain the words 'may' or 'can' allow Bidders to offer alternatives to the manner in which the commodities/services are provided. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals to perform delivery and installation of Concrete Mats for Erosion Control at North Toledo Bend WMA. Upon completion of the work, the area will be cleaned, and all debris accumulated will be removed from the jobsite. Upon final inspection and acceptance of the work by TPWD, the Contractor shall furnish to TPWD the maximum available manufacturer's warranty on all installed products. Material and labor on installation shall be included in warranty by Contractor per the standard manufacturer's warranty period.
