At restricted places to visit, the tenderer must have his personal protective equipment. GUARANTEE FOR QUOTATION, EXECUTION OF WORKS AND FOR WAGES, MATERIALS AND SERVICES The Bidder must provide with his Bid a guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the value of the Bid and must identify as beneficiary the name of the Owner. This guarantee is given by a Financial Institution as defined in section 1 of the "General Conditions". The Bid security is given to the Contractor before the signing of the Contract in exchange for a contract performance guarantee and a guarantee of the Contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services.
