Renovation of a mixed-use development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 9th, 2023 this project has been cancelled and will be rebid in a future date.** This work shall consist of, but not limited to stripping the floor wax and reapplying five (5) coats of floor wax. The classroom furniture will be moved by Rutherford County Schools personnel. Rutherford County School Board will provide all chemicals necessary to strip and wax the floors. Bidder shall furnish all the necessary materials, equipment, operators, and incidentals for the satisfactory completion of the work except for the chemicals which will be supplied by RCBOE. All equipment shall be maintained in good working condition at all times. All equipment shall meet the requirements as set forth by OSHA. The Board reserves the right to increase or decrease amounts and/or quantities at its sole discretion.
