Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheektowaga, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of town hall HVAC system Floor-to-floor heights at ground floor is approximately 9 ft, first and second floors approximately 13-14 ft. The project phasing will begin at ground floor routing new HVAC piping/ductwork and power, then second phase will be removal of ceilings at first floor to install HVAC and power, then third phase will be removal of ceilings at second floor to install HVAC and power, fourth phase will be reinstallation of ceilings and light fixtures after HVAC pressure testing and above-ceiling punch lists. During construction of this project there will be contractors performing a window replacement project and contractors performing an elevator replacement project. The new elevator will be made available for usage for contractors.
