Site work for a water / sewer project in Gatesville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project shall be installation of an 8-inch C-900 PVC Class 150 Waterline within the R.O.W. of Mary Street, 16th Street, Barnes Street and 18th Street. This water main will be connected to existing waterlines as noted on the plans. 6" C-900 Class 150 PVC Waterline will be installed within the R.O.W. of Barnes Street to 16th Street, south in 16th Street to Mills Street and Mills Street to 18th Street. The project will also include the removal and replacement of existing wastewater along the project route with 6-inch SDR 26 PVC including the replacement of existing manholes as indicated on the construction plans. Both Water and Wastewater services will be reconnected along the project route. The project will require all pipelines to be embedded and backfilled as indicated in the plan details and brought to the existing street surface and at the required density. The City will be responsible for repaving the project streets after final acceptance of the project by the City of Gatesville. The deadline to ask questions is 4/21/2023 5:00 PM CST
