"2023 Bituminous Paving" on various streets in the Borough of Frackville, Schuylkill County as follows: 688 SY of Curb Line Taper Milling 4' Wide 283 SY 0f Full Width Milling 1 LS Traffic Signal Loop Sensor 663 Tons Bituminous Wearing Course with 9.5mm at 180 lb/sy All materials must meet PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards, bidders need to be PENNDOT prequalified All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Frackville Borough. The successful bidder for the "2023 Bituminous Paving" project will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract The Borough Council of Frackville reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Borough
