It is the intent of the Contract Documents to provide the requirements and specification for the construction associated with the City of Groves, Texas, for the 2023 Fire Station Street Improvement Project Summary of Work The project scope for Bid A & B includes but is not limited to: Push back overgrown vegetation on roadway edges and broom clean Regrade roadway edges to promote positive drainage after final roadway surface. Pulverized existing road and mix/rework road base with 5% cement then shape and compact Prime/Tack coat application HMAC - construct new hot mix asphaltic concrete surface Backfill pavement edges Final site cleanup The project scope for Bid C & D includes but is not limited to: Tack coat application HMAC - construct new hot mix asphaltic concrete surface Backfill pavement edges Final site cleanup The project scope for Bid F includes but is not limited to: Install RCP with backfill in ditches adjacent to Fire Station. Construct concrete drainage inlets Grade to drainage inlets Seed Final site cleanup HMAC Roadway Construction The deadline to ask questions is 4/21/2023 1:00 PM CST
