A. New Precast Chlorination/Chemical Building: Provide a new complete 24 x 30 x 12 precast concrete building, including reinforced concrete slab, foundation, remove eighteen inches and replace with compacted select fill, building, crane, doors, windows, HVAC equipment, pavement modifications, sidewalks, plumbing, piping, fixtures, electrical, connection to existing, and appurtenances. B. Reinforced Concrete Road: Furnish and install a 7 reinforced concrete road with 8 limestone subgrade, including demolition and removal of existing asphalt road, subgrade preparation, reinforced concrete, rebar, saw cutting, joints, connections to asphalt pavement and connections to limestone roadway. C. Raise Elevation of New Chlorination/Chemical Building: Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, necessary to raise the proposed chlorination/chemical building by 1 of fill, including fill material, surface clearance, fill compaction and levelling. D. ALTERNATE BID - New CMU Chlorination/Chemical Building: Provide a new complete CMU building, including reinforced concrete slab, foundation, remove eighteen inches and replace with compacted select fill, building, crane, doors, windows, HVAC equipment, pavement modifications, sidewalks, plumbing, piping, fixtures, electrical, connection to existing, and appurtenances. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price from a Surety or other Sureties acceptable to the Owner Contract Times: Days The Work will be substantially completed within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 300 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
