Reference number : 1713423 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Louiseville is requesting tenders for the supply of all labour, service, material, machinery, chemicals and connections necessary for the complete execution of the work of pumping the sludge deposited on the bottom, the walls as well as on the walls of the downstream slope of cell number 4, that of the effluent from the aerated ponds of the city of Louiseville wastewater treatment plant and the dehydration, transport and disposal of sludge. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender (before taxes) and valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of tenders. . Any complaints regarding the bidding process must be filed no later than April 25, 2023. The City of Louiseville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. This notice does not confer any rights on anyone and does not create any obligations on the City.
