*Award subject to final approval Reference number : 1715007 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Louiseville is requesting bids for the stabilization and reconstruction of the shore along Chemin Lac-St-Pierre Ouest. The project includes: approximately 9,000 mt of rockfill including 2,350 m 2 of geotextile membrane, approximately 205 m. linen. of complete road, approximately 105 m. linen. of spray-paving, approximately 110 m. linen. of storm pipes 150 and 200 mm in diameter and the complete repair of the places affected by the work. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond equal to a minimum of 10% of the amount of the tender, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of tenders. Any complaints regarding the bidding process must be filed no later than May 4, 2023 . The City of Louiseville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. This notice does not confer any rights on anyone and does not create any obligations on the City. Start date:1 August 2023 End date: 15 December 2023
