Sealed tenders addressed to The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board will be received at the Board Office which is located at 3927 Perth Road 180, Dublin, Ontario N0K 1E0, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. Roofing contractors shall be a qualified installer under the Soprema P.A.Q. warranty system. Proof of qualification will be required before tender prices are opened. Bid Bonds are required to accompany the tender in the amounts of $62,000.00 (Sixty-Two Thousand Dollars) A site meeting with the Architect has been arranged for Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic School, 225 Cornyn Street, WIngham, ON N0G 2W0. Access to the school will be available on this day only. Contractors wishing to inspect the above noted roof are asked to check in at the office upon arrival. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
