Any notice delivered or sent shall be effective on the date of sending or delivery, whichever is first. All notices and other written communications under this Agreement shall be addressed to the individuals in the capacities indicated below, unless otherwise modified by subsequent written notice The Contractor will be responsible for administering HVAC Repair/Replacement Services, CDBG FY2023 activity in a manner satisfactory to the Grantee and consistent with any standards required as a condition of providing these funds. The Program is designed to help Hamilton County, Ohio homeowners (the "Homeowners"), deemed eligible through an application process, receive necessary assistance through HVAC system repair and/or replacement, which would help them stabilize their household by allowing them to remain in their home. HVAC Repair/ Replacement Services Program projects must be in jurisdictions participating in the Hamilton County HUD funded programs. Such program will include the following eligible activities: CONTRACTOR will assist homeowners in single family residences only. Condominiums and trailers are ineligible for this programs. CONTRACTOR will not provide LOANS for any work completed. CONTRACTOR will track staff time in quarter hour increments. CONTRACTOR will request reimbursement for actual personnel costs only including hourly rates, actual fringes paid and actual benefits paid. CONTRACTOR will track mileage using odometer readings for job related mileage only. Mileage will be paid at the current Internal Revenue Service rate. CONTRACTOR will submit monthly invoices with documentation of all jobs costs including materials, supplies, staff time, mileage, etc. No mark-up of costs or addition of indirect costs are permitted. CONTRACTOR will provide HVAC repair/replacement for income qualified homeowners making 80% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) in CDBG participating jurisdictions as listed below
