Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The intent of this request is to select a qualified Contractor who has the experience and knowledge in supply and installation of cold pour filling material for the Territorial Drive pavement surface. The qualified Contractor shall supply all labour, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision to safely fill the cracks in the hot asphalt pavement surfaces. The City of North Battleford has budgeted funds to conduct a trial of hiring a private company to supply material and conduct cold pour crack filling of Territorial Drive within the City. The City has placed in its 2023 budget, $100,000 for the supply of material, labour and application of the cold pour filling material as much as possible. Territorial Drive is shown on Appendix D. If further funds are required, the Contractor will contact the Project Coordinator. The work will start at the east end of Territorial and work northwards and ending at the west end of Territorial Drive by Highway 4 Bypass. All work is to be completed by September 15, 2023. All interested bidders for the 2023 Operations Cold Pour Cracks Filling RFQ should register with Ms. Stacey Hadley by email. Any questions received, and the associated responses will be sent to those registered via email. Any question must be asked a minimum of three (3) days before the closing of the RFQ.
