Renovation of a swimming pool in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,000-square-foot swimming pool.
The City of North Battleford requires 2 sections of the Aquatic Centre to have the roof removed and replaced. Consulting services are being provided by RMIS Engineering The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on upon award; the completion date is February 29, 2024. RMIS cannot accept emails larger than 20MB in size. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the bid has been received. If necessary, send documents through a Dropbox link, or other comparable service. RMIS and the City of North Battleford reserves the right to request additional information. RMIS and the City of North Battleford will also verify original copies of documents with the successful proponents prior to confirming award. For questions, contact engineering@rmiseng.ca. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. The successful bidder must be a certified applicator with an approved manufacturer. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. This project is being professionally managed on behalf of the City of North Battleford by RMIS.
