Synopsis: Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) requires quality assurance testing services for Performance Graded Asphalt Cement (PGAC) and other properties of PGAC materials supplied to the Ministry. The services will also include the determination of PGAC grade and continuous grade for asphalt cement materials provided to Ministry projects. This service is required for various construction projects in the province for the 2023 and 2024 construction years and may be extended for one additional year (2025), if agreed to by both parties. Category of Work: Non-prequalified - Other Additional Information: Prequalified Consultants being held in a probationary status at time of competition close and evaluation, should reference the Professional Services Procurement Manual - PSPM 100-04 for additional information pertaining to their eligibility to participate in this competition.
