Site work for a civil project in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This is an advance notice of a potential procurement opportunity for interested Contractors. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. The roadway on Highway No. 19 (Control Section 19-05 km 11.11, approximately 3.75 km south of the junction with Highway No. 367) has washed out due to the spring runoff. The two culverts that have completely washed out, as well as the culvert that is still in place, will need to be replaced and have complete riprap aprons installed. In addition, the road embankment and surface will need to be repaired. Estimated quantities of materials (subject to change): 3 x 30 - 35 m long - 2000 mm Diameter CSP Culverts, 2 mm wall thickness, with 125 x 25 Corrugations (CSP Culverts to be supplied by the Ministry of Highways) Total required length = 90 - 105 m Type I Riprap (300mm - 600mm stones) approximate quantity = 100 m3 Approximate Embankment Height = 5m Contractor may be responsible to supply borrow material for repair of the earth embankment Close Date: Apr 24, 2023 , 02:00 PM CST The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
