Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
As of June 12, 2023, the project has not been awarded. The project is expected to be considered for award in early July, 2023. Pavement - Marking, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, ADA Curb Ramps, Traffic Control, Excavation, Stormwater Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary, Box Culvert, Roadway Pavement Markings, Pedestrian Improvements, Storm Drain and Paving, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Sewer and Water Construction, Curbs, Paving (Trail Paving), Waterlines, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 11,300 S Y Bituminous Removal 47,000 CY Common Excavation 3,800 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix 29,100 SF 3" Bituminous Walk 130 LF 14x10 Precast Box Culvert 7,800 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 3,800 LF 24" PVC Pipe Sewer 5,500 LF RCP Storm Sewer (15" to 36") 4,100 LF 12" Watermain The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
