Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

All work described under the terms of this contract shall be completed within 65 working days following the date of commencement. This work shall include, but is not limited to: Remove and replace: ADA pedestrian curb ramps, curb and gutter, and 4-to-6-inch flatwork. Additionally: Asphalt patching, base preparation, utility adjustments, and all traffic control personnel and devices required to perform the work We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for the collective total of the schedule Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid.
