Fuller Road Management Corporation (FRMC) is seeking a qualified, experienced, responsive, and responsible contractor with a minimum of five years' experience of similar scope and a minimum available work force of four individuals: Industrial Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance service for a Beginning of the Year Cleanup. The IFB also asks for bids on potential On Call Mowing and Trimming work as well as Invasive Plant Removal around the retention pond. Due to the specificity of the work a Mandatory site walk through is required. Mowing and Trim work to include: Maintenance Entry Pathway Area Directly Surrounding the Perimeter of the Retention Pond Around the Retention Pond Aerator Maintenance Entry Pathway from Retention Pond to Eastern Storm-water HDPE Pipeline and Center Stream Access Point Retention Pond Water Valve Vault Additionally, tree and shrub trimming and/or removal on both sides of the chain linked fence bordering the retention pond and access-ways and to create navigable swath that runs parallel to the stormwater HDPE Pipeline and center stream. The successful bidder will be required, in its proposal, to demonstrate its ability to meet the objectives of this Request For Proposal (RFP), which seeks qualified and experienced firms which have successfully led projects of similar size and scope.
