The Town of West Hartford and the West Hartford Public Schools is seeking a contractor to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and all else whatsoever required to provide full maintenance and repair services for automatic door systems including one revolving door for the periods 7/1/23 - 6/30/26. In such cases, all prices, rates, terms and conditions of the original contract shall prevail. Continuance of the contract in subsequent fiscal years shall be contingent upon the annual appropriation of funds for such services. The yearly expenditure for this work is estimated to be approximately $50,000.00.
