Renovation of a residential development in Bethany, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Scope of work: 2 bathrooms: Demo Install new elongated toilet, vanity, ceiling fan, light fixtures, and trim. Install new flooring. Paint walls, ceiling, and door Foyer: Remove wall panels and trim. Install and tape sheetrock, new trim. Paint walls, and trim New ceiling pads Install new flooring. Locker Room: Install 3/4 ridged foam board insulation between walls studs. Remove paneling and sink behind bar. Install and tape sheet rock. Repair and paint drop ceiling frame. Install new ceiling pads. Remove carpet and install new flooring. Paint walls and trim new radiator covers behind bar area. Kitchen: Demo old cabinets Install new contractor grade painted cabinets, countertop, sink and fixtures. Repair, prep and paint walls and ceiling Install new flooring. Install new ceiling light. Windows: Remove existing seven (7) windows. Frame and install seven (7) Andersen 200 series double hung windows or equivalent. Trim exterior of new windows with Azek boards Trim and paint interior of new windows Lighting: Install fourteen (14) new 2 x 2 drop-in led lights. Flooring: laminate flooring throughout (Pergo Portfolio + Wetprotect) or equivalent Questions concerning this contract proposal and work prescribed should be submitted via email to the Don Shea, Director of Public Works @ dshea@bethany-ct.com by Thursday May 4th at 5:00 p.m. Verbal inquiries and any subsequent verbal responses will not be binding on the Town of Bethany. Answers to questions in writing or via an addendum emailed to all registered bidders.
