The scope of services is designed to minimize instrument downtime and to maximize the lifetime and productivity of the City's analytical instrumentation as well as meet regulatory compliance guidelines. Services to include but not limited to; repair, modification, maintenance of related instrumentation and/or calibration of flow meters and other related devices within the City of Plantation Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant and Central & East Water Treatment Plants. Once the Solicitation has been issued, a Cone of Silence will be implemented. At that time communication with the CITY is limited to the Procurement Department. During the solicitation advertising, review and evaluation process no person shall make any private or separate delivery of marketing information concerning any Bidder/Proposer to any elected officers of the City, members of the City staff or members of the Evaluation Committee. Cone of Silence shall terminate at the time the City makes an award to a Bidder(s)/Proposer(s) that becomes final as a result of no procurement protest being filed or takes other action that ends this solicitation. Any action of a Bidder/Proposer in violation of this may be cause for disqualification of the Bidder/Proposer. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
