Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Portage, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project will include grading, installing utilities, paving the entire length of the proposed Landon Court (approximately 400 lf), and removing and replacing the section of Highland Drive that intersects Langdon Court. Generally, the bid includes submittals, preparation, installation, ancillary work, clean up and warranty. The Village of Cambria will direct purchase all pipe and manhole products. Site Directions: Mid-Block on Highland Drive (West), from STH 146 in Cambria. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after Friday, May 12, 2023 at 1:00 pm may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
