The City of Groveland is seeking an experienced, qualified firm to contract for engineering services regarding a grant project through the CDBG-CV Program. Per the grant program, the City of Groveland will use CDBG-CV funds to reconstruct roads, sidewalks, and walkways along Lake Avenue and Cherry Street. This will help facilitate social distancing in support of the City s efforts to safely re-open public parks and other open spaces in accordance with CDC guidance. The awarded proposer shall be responsible for the engineering portion of the CDBG-CV grant program. The awarded consultant will be required to interact with the City of Groveland s Grant and Project Manager. A copy of the grant agreement between the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and the City of Groveland may be requested for reference.
