Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lorain, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Lorain (City) Utilities Department is requesting qualifications from professional services firms (Firm) for Construction Management Services related to construction and improvements to the Martin Run Pump Station, located in the City of Lorain. The selected engineer shall provide Construction Management Services for the improvements throughout the construction period. Statements of qualifications should include information regarding the firms history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firms current staff; the firms experience in similar projects; project cost containment, availability of staff; the firms equipment and facilities; project approach, references; and any previous work performed for The City of Lorain Statements of qualifications should be transmitted to: The City of Lorain Office of the Director of Utilities 1106 First Street Lorain, Ohio 44052 Three (3) statements of qualification packages are required to be submitted. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, The City of Lorain will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. The Method of the Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
