Renovation of an educational facility in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Matanuska Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to upgrade gym floors throughout the MSBSD. The scope includes new game lines, graphics, resurfacing, and refinishing floors. The MSBSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any minor technicalities, informalities, and/or irregularities as it deems appropriate. Questions will be accepted until April 18, 23 at 4:00 pm Contract: The contract between the MSBSD and the bidder shall consist of (1) the Invitation to Bid and any attachments and/or amendments and/or addenda thereto; (2) the bid submitted by the bidder in response to the Invitation to Bid; and (3) the actual written agreement or contract. In the event of a conflict in language between the documents referenced above, the provisions and requirements set forth and/or referenced in the bid documents shall govern. All work must be completed by January 3, 2024
