This project is located on the north side of Bradbury Street from Crater Lake Avenue to Kennedy Elementary within the City of Medford and Jackson County, Oregon and includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct sidewalk, driveway, and curb and gutter, and improvements. Pay items include, but are not limited to the following: 140 foot removal of curbs; 335 square yards removal of walks and driveways; 325 foot saw cutting; 133 cubic yards general excavation; 163 tons aggregate base; 28 tons ACP; 140 foot curb and gutter; 2,800 square foot concrete walks; 2,400 square foot concrete driveways. Completion date: August 18, 2023. Cost Range: $100,000 to $200,000. Class of Work: Miscellaneous Highway Appurtenances Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. All Bidders shall be prequalified with the City of Medford, as provided by law under Oregon Revised Statutes, at least 5 days prior to opening of bids. The City of Medford may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
