The City of Mountlake Terrace is soliciting a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from consulting firms interested in collaborating with the city for as-needed/on-call stormwater engineering and comprehensive planning services. It is the intention of the city that the 6- and 20-year stormwater comprehensive plan update will be the first work order issued under this on-call services contract; and that other work orders will support stormwater program development, capital project design, engineering, cost estimation, capital planning efforts, and related tasks. Aging infrastructure evaluation and repair/replacement is a primary objective of the city's stormwater program. The successful consultant will enter into an on-call agreement with the city for an initial term ending June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
